4/18/2016

Well this week was amazing! We have seen so many miracles. We had 6 people show up to church this week! They are all doing really well, but the highlight was definitely a guest that we didn't bring. Elder Neil Anderson came to our Sacrament Meeting! He grew up in my ward and was in town and decided to join us. He is the best member missionary ever! Grabbed our investigators and introduced himself and thanked them for joining us! It was a really good service and then there was a Fireside for the Stake later that evening. It was incredible. Shaking his hand was an experience.

We were standing outside the church waiting for our investigator and he walked up, said , "Elder Ellsworth, thank you for your service". I swear he didn't even read my name tag! I'm sure he did from far out, but looked me dead in the eyes and it felt like he new me! So cool!

Elder Andersons devotional,

He attended the ward im serving in earlier on in his life, and decided that he would come visit. He attended our sacrament meeting and let me tell you, he is an amazing member missionary, even our investagators could tell he had the athority and spirit of a true apostle

In other news, we are moving apartments, our current one is smoke filled from our downstairs neighbor, so we are moving, but its great because we are upgrading to a 2 bed 2 bath. We move in on Friday, our new address is
16542 Northdale oaks drive Tampa Fl 33624

Service and exchanges

I forgot about this until now, but we had another really cool experiance this past week. We have been working on being more specific and faithful with our prayers. Well this week we were praying to find someone who was ready to accept the gospel, we talked about it before and thought to pray for a 51-70 year old man who would accept a prayer. But as Elder Tanuvasa began to pray we both felt we should be looking for a 13-50 year old woman. I thought she'd be blond and accept an invitation to watch the easter video. Well we started biking to our appointments. The first one fell through so we headed toward the church, and before we left the parking lot(our lesson was scheduled at walmart during someones break) I saw a woman who fit the description in her car just sitting there so we turned around. I kncocked on her window, and offered the easter video, and she readily accepted it. It turns out, this lady, her name is Sandie Hendericks, knows some members of our ward (the relief society president) and attends the stake navity every year, along with many other relief society activites, and considers herself and honorary member. We invited her to church and although she is Catholic, she was very interested in joing us!

It is amazing to see the miracles the Lord constantly wants to give us. He wants to bless us more than we ever want to be blessed, and as soon as we ask, there is a "shower of heavenly blessings"

There is a great mormon message called "A Shower of Heavenly Blessings" based of Elder Ucktdorfs talk, you should watch it if you have 3 minuets to kill.

Love you all, you make serving easy.
Much love, peace and blessings,

-Elder Ellsworth
