This week was just dandy! We saw miracles all over the place. Started off the week with a great exchange with Elder Thomas, he has enough faith for the whole mission, and is about as humble as they come, hopefully I can get there one day, Later in the week we had a Mission Leadership Council, and the District leaders were invited to attend, learned a ton and started making changes right away, and sure enough it brought miracles!
My whole mission I have had a goal to work with families, and it hasn't seemed to work out that way most of the time, until this week. We have been working with the smith family, Deloris and 4 of her 7 kids, her husband and other kids are not too interested right now, but we are working on it! well this week we finally found there concern, and were able to address it, with the help of the spirit, and they Made it to church! The kids wanted to leave after Sacrament, 2 actually fell asleep in sacrament, but with some persuasion and long-suffering they decided to stay, and after church, they were all begging to come back! I love seeing the gospel unite families, nothing beats it.
That being said our area is booming and baptisms are on the way, for Elder Hale and his Trainee at least, we got transfer calls today and sure enough Elder Hale, being a whopping 12 weeks out is going to be training a brand new missionary here in Tampa 1, I made the mistake of falling in love with my area and the people we serve, so its time for a transfer, I will Be going to a brand new area, along with a brand new missionary as well this week, Seminole 1 ward in St. Pete Florida. It will be an adventure for both of us, keep us in your prayers! It will be good, miracles are always waiting to be found.
