​elder barnett and apt

hello everybody! i made it p-day its so crazy being in the mission field it is nothing like the mtc haha i got in on tuesday the flights were whatever i was going to call during the layover i had quarters and everything but the atlanta airport doesn't have pay-phones!!!! i couldn't believe it! ya but i cant tell you everything because i type like a turtle but my trainer is the legendary elder Barnett president said whoever got him was super lucky, hes from farmington utah and hes been training in one way or another basically his whole mission supposedly

the apartments are super nice like i have my own bathroom! and we dont get member dinners unless there are less actives or nonmembers present so we get 175 a month instead of the standard 150

so when i got here we already had some progressing investigators, sean is our most promising he has a date set for the 21st and he still wants to hit that date so thats awesome. then theres jason he is talking the lessons and reading the bom a ton but doesn't really like to pray which is frustrating because how will how know if he just goes through the motions. but elder barnett and i are teaching together fairly well so that's nice.

sometimes i get homesick or discouraged but i feel your prayers and they power me and i know this is the most important thing in my life and its the lords work so he wont let me fail and elder barnetts helping me too, but if anybody has any scriptures or chapters to read im open for suggestions and keep up the prayers, i pray for yall too haha.

the hardest thing isnt the work that takes care of itself, but the in between and trying to comprehend it all can get overwhelming, but i have the greatest support ever, i just read a talk called the miracle of a mission by elder Holland from 2000 its sweet read it

love you and feel your support there is not much more powerful than a loving mothers prayer im trying not to get to stressed and overwhelmed but you know me i tend to overthink thing anyway i love you and dad and the family sososososososos much but i need to be here tell b-man to take keyboarding it will be so much better for him hahah

i love you all and the weather isn't bad at all yet its actually beautiful for now and it rains a lot but its good. i get my bike on thursday probably though so well see how i feel next week haha
