i got hit by my first car!!!

Don't worry, it wasn't that bad (read the subject). I was going down a street when Elder Barnett was on exchanges, so it was just Elder Settle and I. We were biking down Lockwood, our normal route and Elder Settle was leading and made it through the crosswalk and I was right behind him, but the elderly Floridian snow birder (people that come down for winters) was looking the other way about to turn right and sure enough, even though the little green man promised I was safe, she hit my back tire and spun me out. I caught myself, but it really got my heart going. I was fine, the bike was not damaged, just banged up a little and her car was fine. But she rolled down her window and asked how my bike was and the chain was a tad loud for a bit but I told her it was fine, (and like my farewell talk) I told her it was her lucky day and gave her a mormon. org card with our number. She promised to look at the website but she hasn't called yet =/ haha, I'm good though,

So I was contemplating a few names for the bike and the colors reminded me of a Transformer (I know I'm a nerd) I like and then the accident made it clear it's the right name, Sideswipe. Thats the name haha. Also we read what to do in a bike accident after the incident so maybe the lord was preparing us for something else but, you never know.

Also this week i had my first baptism, Brother Sean Martin. I actually got hit by a car before my first baptism haha. Thats Florida for you. But the baptism was such a cool experience, and I'm so excited for Sean to have this for the rest of his life, he's getting the Aaronic Priesthood next week, and baptizing his daughter in March! Missions are so cool and so easy when you give everything you have and let the Lord take care of the details. Oh about the baptism I conducted the music, so no big deal but I did it wrong haha,

Sean and his Family...I may not look that good but thats not the point!
It's starting to get humid here but people say blood thins quickly, but i just hope thats true. Ilove you all and I'm doing so much better. Everyone should read that thing Brent wrote Jordan, thats incredible. Well I have to go and serve the Lord so I guess I'll talk to you all later. Watch out for cars when biking, if you don't make eye contact you'll get hit and even if you do make eye contact you never know haha. You should all watch the mormon messages, they are like the propos from Hunger Games haha, (no really they are incredible).

We have a 70 with us this week Elder Zwick. He's so awesome and has the coolest stories. You'll have to look them up I couldn't do them justice over email. We are also doing training for the iPads. We should, apparently, get them next week but I'm still just doing as I'm told at this point, I don't really know what's going on there.

And Mom my apartment has a clubhouse that's super nice and that's where we do most of our wi fi things. It's so nice, it has a pool table, a super cool gym that we will probably use in the mornings when they set up the security card access, but for now its only open during regular office hours. It's so nice it has a small movie theater no joke look it up if you can TGM Palm Aire.
