3-1-15

Hey everyone, it's getting hotter and more humid but other than that I'm doing just dandy, and we have a new investigator with a baptismal date. Brother Robert handy, Jr. He is set for the 21st but we will probably move him up to the 14th. His mom is a member, he's 33. The ward council does ministering visits and 2 weeks ago theY went to visit his mom and then referred us to her son and he's so ready and prepared for this. He has struggled around his bad friends and he wants to change and wants people to look at him and think, he's a Mormon. that's too cool. He wants to surround himself with good people and came to church all three hours on Sunday and offered his trailer to help someone move in Elders Quorum. He's so great. I'm excited for him. We also had another training from Elder Zwick (and by the way he does have a book 'There's More to Your Story)' haha He talked about the importance of members. I hope all is going well with you all and I love to hear from you and love your support. Missions are so great and there is nothing more important I could be doing with these two years of my life.

I'm doing sooooo good, its so easy to do this work once you get out of your way. The days will still be long and hard but when you think about it, nothing on earth can compare to the joy i can share with people. We have it, they don't, so even though the members are the ideal way to find people to bring this joy to them, my sole purpose for two years is to bring people joy for all eternity, and it's so easy to see the joy we bring to people. With Brother Martin, who was just baptized a few weeks ago, he is already being led by the spirit! Do you know how great and significant of a blessing that is? And we take it for granted. I'm done doing that. I'm done letting being tired or sore stop me from doing this great work and from bringing pure joy to people and there families. I have no right to slow down God's work because 'i don't feel like it today' it's not my time to waste.

Sorry I got carried away haha. Have fun in New York and sing your heart out--music is awesome! Don't be scared to share the gospel, the Lord won't let you fail, you're on the winning team.

I love you so so much, but I'm where i need to be. I'm guessing Kellen will be called to Germany, but if not remember this: foreign missions are where boys become men, but stateside missions are where men become leaders!

Missions are the greatest blessing and opportunity ever! I love you all so much stay strong and Ii will, too!

love your boy

-Elder Ellsworth
